Organisation & contact details: TNPDCL/TANGEDCO's public helpline numbers (1912, 94987 94987, WhatsApp 94458 50811) and the 2024 restructuring into TNPGCL/TNPDCL/TNGECL are drawn from TNPDCL's own public communications and published references.

Tariff figures: the slabs shown on the tariff page are simplified sample rates for the calculator, not a reproduction of a current TNERC tariff order. Always check your bill for the rate actually applied to you.

Shutdown schedules: Today/Tomorrow listings are entered manually by this site's admin and are not an automated TNPDCL feed. Entries can lag or be incomplete — always cross-check anything time-sensitive against tnpdcl.org.

For anything you're relying on for a real decision, the official source is tnpdcl.org.
